PERIODONTIST – WANTAGH, NY

Dr. Joo Kim

Dr. Kim is a board-certified periodontist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. He completed specialty surgical training in Periodontics and Implantology from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Lois B. Levine

Dr. Levine is a board-certified periodontist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. She is the past Director of Periodontics at New York Hospital Medical Center at Queens and also maintains a staff position at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center Periodontics Section.

Dr. Leslie Batnick

Dr. Batnick is a board-certified periodontist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and the American Society of Osseointegration. He’s currently a Director and an Examiner of the American Board of Periodontology, where he tests American and international periodontists in their attempt to attain Diplomate status.

Dr. Thomas Ulicny

Following a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stony Brook University, Dr. Ulicny went on to receive his Masters of Business Administration with a focus on Health Systems Management. He then received his DDS from the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in 2018. In 2021, he obtained his Certificate in Periodontics from the New York University College of Dentistry. 

Dr. Ulicny is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. He is a member of several professional organizations including the American Dental Association, the International Team for Implantology and the American Academy of Periodontology. He has a passion for lifelong learning and is involved with multiple study clubs in the surrounding area.
